Hi-Chrome wear parts offer a long-lasting, sustainable wear solution.We specialize in wear-resistant high chrome, white iron castings for the agriculture, mining, recycling, coal and wood industries. We offer OEM style replacement parts, as well as custom or improved design castings and components for better performance and wear life.

We have over 20 years of experience designing and manufacturing wear-resistant castings. This experience allows us to design chrome iron casting to hold up to tough environments and improve performance and wear life.

We can usually take an OEM style part and redesign it to improve a casting to fit a specific customer’s application. We then adjust the casting to improve the wear life with little to no additional cost to the customer.

Various alloys available: ASTM A532 2E 15% Chrome with 500 Brinner Hardness, ASTM A532 3A 26% Chrome with 700 Brinner Hardness.
